Not a word to be used lightly. We all are unsuccesful at some things at some point - does that make it or us a failure.
I hope by rethinking and reframing this word and owning our less successful things in life we can learn, grow and move onto bigger and better.
Also owning a failure means we can share and feel just a bit better about ourselves.

Wow a really enjoyable episode I hope you think aswell -  enjoy this and maybe learn, even if its one takeaway.  I hope this comes over as passionate as the subject is.  When I came up with the heading I literally had idea's coming out my brain, so I recorded it without much script the same day.
